Find/open a file that someone has shared with you

When someone shares a file with you you'll receive an email with a link to the file. However, you can easily see a list of files that have been shared with you in OneDrive and you can open them from there as well. 


Find files that have been shared with you

  • On the Hub home page, click on OneDrive
  • Click on Shared, in the list on the left-hand side
  • You will see a list of files that have been shared with you, including who shared it with you and when
  • You can click on the file to open it but you will only be able to edit it if the owner has given you permission to
